Recently I heard a podcast in which many developers collaborated. The podcast was about open source.

Various topics were discussed such as what is an open source, how to contribute to open source, how open source can boost your career, where and how to find projects, and how to get involved.

Things I learned from the podcast are

2. It helps to scale up skills.

4. Networking.
